Need of Sleep

It's an essential to keep our mind and entire body healthy and relieve, for that get your eye shut.  Sleep is needful to be healthy and feeling you better throughout the day and sometimes it's difficult to know it's value ,we have questioned ourselves far or less related to sleep amount during the day.   To have sound sleep is better than a good day. So nothing is better than a good sleep. A question arises in our mind, why do sleep is an essential factor of our life, and why it's true to everyone. The best answer lies in our body condition that accumulate our energy with all work. We understand the value of sleep when we haven't taken much sleep and we have to get ready for performing our daily routine ,missing needful sleep. It's believed that almost third amount of life span covers our sleep time.
